Cashless Claims Verification

Investigating officer (Doctor) will visit the hospital where patient is admitted & hospital has applied for Cashless Hospitalization request. Our officer will visit within 24 working hrs of request to that particular hospital & will check and verify the following details:

In which class of accommodation he / she is admitted

Will check the Identity of Patient

For what ailment Patient is admitted

Under which Doctor Patient is admitted

Verification of all the points written by Treating Doctor in cashless authorization form.

Hospital details (as per Insurance Co. Norms)

Will also check line of treatment patient is receiving whether it is in line with the ailment Patient is suffering from or not.

Change in class of accommodation, if any.
